URGENT: PAYMENT UPDATE REQUIRED

After April 30, 2012 the Gomez PEER program will no longer be able to fulfill payments to Alipay accounts due to recent changes to the Alipay terms of service.

In order to continue to remain eligible to receive payments from the Gomez PEER program you must update your payment information with a valid PayPal account by April 30, 2012. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of all current and future earnings until such time that this update is made.

We apologize to all our Alipay users for this inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and prompt attention to this matter

The PEER software is available for download through both www.gomezpeerzone.com and www.download.com.

You can download the PEER software from either location, just remember that when you run the PEER software for the first time you enter the username you registered on when you applied for your PEER account.

Attention Pending PEERs: We’ll be making activations early next week so keep running the PEER software and refer your friends to earn your bonus payments.

IE 9 Users: ReCaptcha Error Fix

ATTN: Internet Explorer 9 Users

Some PEERs using IE 9 have been receiving a reCaptcha validation error stating that the entered reCaptcha validation text does not match the displayed reCaptcha image when both items do in fact match.

This is an IE 9 reCaptcha compatibility issue that can be corrected be turning on “Compatibility Mode” in your IE 9 Browser.

To enable “Compatibility Mode” in your IE 9 browser you must click the “Compatibility Mode” mode icon in the browser’s address bar

The “Compatibility Mode” icon is contained within the red box below:

When enabled the “Compatibility Mode” icon will turn blue, as illustrated below:

This will correct the reCaptcha validation errors that IE 9 users are experiencing. If the issue persists please try logging into your account from another browser. If you are still experiencing reCaptcha validation issues please send us a brief description of your problem using the “Additional Information/Comments” topic for additional assistance.

We are now processing all January PEER payments. Please allow up to 15 business days to receive payment into your PayPal or Alipay account (All payments should be finished processing by February 22nd).

Reminder: To be eligible to receive payments you must have an active PEER account and have accrued at least $5.00 in earnings. Payments are sent to the email address registered to your PEER account.

Account Homepage Update

In order to make it easier to update your payment information we have created a new page dedicated to this account information.

To update your payment information please log into your account and select “Update Payment Information” from the side navigation bar on the left of your screen. Once on this page you will be able to update your Payment Vendor as well as the email address associated with your selected payment vendor. This email address will also serve as the main email address for PEER communications.
